I’m alive!

Oi amiguinhos!

Eu recebo mensagens diárias de gente muito querida perguntando se eu estou viva… calma gente, eu tô viva sim :] Só ando meio sumida, sempre enfurnada dentro da escola ocupada com os trabalho (que são infinitos!). Mas tá tudo bem, viu?!

I receive daily messages from some dear people asking me if I’m alive… calm down peeps, I’m well alive :] I’ve been a little busy, I’m always stuck in the school, busy with all the assignments (that seem to be infinite!). But it’s all fine, ok?!

See, I’ve been busy :] that’s all!

E sim, eu também sinto muita saudade de tudo e de todos, mas às vezes nem dá tempo de pensar nisso… só nos trabalhos. Quando me diziam que eu mal teria tempo e viveria dentro da escola, não estavam mentindo… é tudo a mais pura verdade. Toda semana eu tenho, pelo menos, 5 trabalhos diferentes pra entregar – o que não é uma coisa ruim… muito pelo contrário! Estou aprendendo demais e me divertindo muito com tudo isso :]

And yes, I also do miss everything and everyone, but sometimes there’s not even the time to think about it… just to work. When they told me that I’d barely have time and would live in school, they weren’t lying… it’s the ugly truth. Every week I have, at least, 5 different assignments to hand out – which is not bad… I’m loving it! I’m learning so much and having a blast with it.

Também algumas pessoas tem me perguntado sobre o Bruno ♥ Sim, ele também tá vivo e tá super bem! Ele ainda tá em Estocolmo, terminando o curso dele na Hyper Island e produzindo muita coisa legal por lá! O último projeto dele é um aplicativo muito esperto que se chama ‘Parently’ – uma ferramenta pra ajudar papais e mamães a monitorar as atividades dos filhos em celulares e tablets – bacana né?! Also some people ask me about Bruno ♥ And yes, he’s also alive and very well, thank you! He’s still in Stockholm, finishing his course at Hyper Island and making some cool stuff there! His latest project is a very smart app called ‘Parently’ – it’s a tool made to help parents monitoring their children activities on smartphones and tablets – cool hã?! As much as I miss him, I am incredibly happy and proud of him! And, obviously, can’t wait for him to come visit me in Vancouver ♥

Por último, mas não menos importante, eu vou deixar umas fotinhos bonitas de Vancouver pra vocês. Esses dias estava conversando com um amigo e ele me falou uma coisa muito legal, que eu não tinha me dado conta, mas me deixou muito feliz e mais tranquila em estar tão longe de casa: Se é verdade que o lar da gente é onde o coração está, então tenho um pouquinho de casa e de mim em cada lugar onde eu passei. Vancouver com certeza já é um desses lugares… estou só há um mês por aqui, mas parece uma eternidade… de tanta coisa diferente que eu já passei por aqui. Mas com certeza, a Suécia e o Brasil tem um pedaço muito grande do meu coração – que dói de saudade às vezes – também são casa e pra onde eu sei que sempre posso voltar ♥

Last, but not least, I’ll leave you with some pretty pictures of Vancouver. The other day I was talking to a friend and he told me something really nice that I didn’t even had the time to realize, but made me really happy and a bit more ok with being so far away from home: If it’s true that “home is where the heart is”, then I have a bit of home and a bit of me in every place where I’ve been. Vancouver is definitely one of these places… It’s been only a month, but I’ve lived so many different things here that it feels like forever. But Sweden and Brazil have a huge part of my heart – that hurts a lot sometimes – and they’re also home, where I know I can always go back to ♥
